The Audubon Society of Greater Denver provides many wonderful opportunities for children, adults, and families to explore and discover the diveristy of birds, other wildlife, and habitats in the greater Denver region and beyond. See what we have to offer!

 

Special Events

 

Special fundraising events, such as our Silent Auction, Bird & Brew Trivia nights, and Birdathon, help raise money for ASGD and bring together all our Friends, partners, and birders, and outdoor enthusiasts.

Adults enhance their birding and outdoor experiences through a variety of programs, such as Hugh and Urling Kingery’s always popular Beginning Birdwatching and other classes led by our expert naturalists.

Audubon Master Birder

 

Take your birding skills to the next level in this intense, one year program. Advanced certification sharpens your knowledge about identification, habitats, and bird families. Includes classroom session and field trips.

 

School Programs

 

School classes, home school groups, and scouts in grades K-12 experience nature firsthand either at their location or at the Audubon Center at Chatifled. ASGD programs meet the new Colorado Academic Standards in Science.
