Cottonwood Creek, a tributary to Cherry Creek Reservoir, is the site of a restoration project to stabilize the channel and recreate a natural, well-vegetated, functional prairie stream system. Join a two mile hike, on level ground along the creek to help assess the overall health and function of the stream and wetland area as we look at native plants and for prairie dogs, rabbits and the raptors who love them.
