Get ready to spread your wings with Flocktober Fest, Denver Audubon’s signature fall celebration! This vibrant three-day event brings together nature lovers of all ages for a one-of-a-kind experience filled with awe, education, and feathered fun.
From the thrilling sight of live owl demonstrations to the hands-on excitement of our family-friendly open house at the Kingery Nature Center, Flocktober Fest is where curiosity takes flight. For those looking to mix a little style with their science, our dazzling Flocks & Frocks bird fashion party is the place to be. Think feathers, flair, and fun with fellow bird enthusiasts, conservationists, and community supporters. And for adults who prefer their birding with a pint, we’re hosting a laid-back brewery social, plus a variety of engaging adult workshops and programs throughout the weekend.
Flocktober Fest is more than just an event—it’s a celebration of community, conservation, and connection with nature.
