Field Trip Leader

Volunteers who are interested in leading or co-leading field trips are encouraged to apply! Field trip leaders play a key role in our popular bird outings, guiding groups at a variety of locations throughout Denver and the metro area. Leaders may work with adult groups or family-friendly outings.

As a leader, you’ll help participants identify birds while sharing your enthusiasm and love for birding.

Volunteers don’t need to be a bird expert, just a passion for birds and a desire to share that passion with others. Training is provided and required.
