Hadley brings a love of nature and passion for inspiring curiosity to her role as an Environmental Educator at Denver Audubon with AmeriCorps. She has experiences as a children’s environmental educator, summer camp teacher for ages 5 and 6, and afterschool elementary tutor, all of which have influenced her love for and dedication to environmental and nature education. Born and raised in rural central Illinois, she holds a BA in Environmental Studies from Illinois Wesleyan University, and an MS in Environmental Policy and Management: Natural Resource Management from the University of Denver. Hadley is a dedicated life-long learner herself, and aims to always be discovering, exploring, researching, or writing about new things. In her free time, Hadley loves to take walks, knit or crochet, embroider or sew, make art, or read.
