Birders on Bikes

Can you bike and bird at the same time? We are looking for you! Cycling Without Age offers trishaw bicycle rides to people with mobility and stability challenges. We are partnering with them to offer birding experiences during these rides. Rides are Tuesdays, 1-2 times per month, from 9:30-10:45am. You’ll sign up for the Tuesdays that work for you.

• Location: Meet in front of Pedal bike shop at 2640 W Belleview Ave Ste 100, Littleton, CO 80123 for all rides and training.
• Your role: Ride with a group of trishaw bicycles, stopping at specified locations to teach about wildlife, water, geology, birds, etc. Participants will have binoculars and a simple bird guide.
• Training date (required): Tuesday, April 15 from 9:30am-12pm. Bring your bike. We’ll have a naturalist training on bike and everyone goes home with a plan and a script of ideas.
